On completion of all three, you’ll earn the Tanaan Diplomat Achievement. Alliance players will need to curry the favor of the Hand of the Prophet, while the Horde will need to earn the trust of Vol'jin's Headhunters.Įach of these factions has a major presence in Tanaan Jungle, with story questlines and daily quests that you can complete to build your reputation. You'll need to reach Revered reputation with three Tanaan Jungle factions, including the Saberstalkers and the Order of the Awakened. Furthermore, all but one of them (Assault on the Pit) can be purchased as Scouting Missives from your Garrison Quartermaster. These are daily quests that you get at your Command Table in your level 2 or 3 Garrison.

You’ll earn the Securing Draenor Achievement once you’ve completed each of the following quests (along with up to four other players in a party): There should be a big yellow exclamation point in each zone map that indicates where your next major questgiver is waiting. You’ll get the Loremaster of Draenor Achievement when you finish them all, and if you haven’t gotten it yet and don’t know where to go next, check out your map. To get a look at your progress through the chapters in each zone, open your quest log (default hotkey: L) and expand the button above the quest list.ĭraenor Pathfinder requires that you complete all of the chapters for all five zones your faction quests in.

You’ll know that you’ve passed the threshold when you get the “Master Treasure Hunter” Achievement.Įach of the Draenor zones that you quest in has a main storyline-a series of quests that takes you around the whole zone, fulfilling your role amongst the Lords of War and their machinations. In order to qualify for Draenor Pathfinder, you’ll need to loot at least 100 treasures from Nagrand, Gorgrond, Shadowmoon Valley, Frostfire Ridge, Spires of Arak, and Talador. There are over 200 treasures scattered across the zones that make up Draenor, some of which are highly sought after toys, and five of which are mighty battle pets: Crimson Spore, Fruit Hunter, Stonegrinder, Teroclaw Hatchling, and Umbrafen Spore. It’s a multi-part Achievement that will take some time to finish, so if you haven’t started on it yet, now’s the time to get going.

It’s some of my favorite storytelling that Blizzard has done. The joy of flying is coming to Draenor with World of Warcraft Patch 6.2.2, and our friends over at Wowhead have joined us in the final push to help you make sure you’re prepared to earn Draenor flying as rapidly as possible.īefore you can fly in Draenor in 6.2.2, you’ll have to earn the Draenor Pathfinder Achievement. Everyone should be able to play through Legion! I still slow down and complete my Class Hall storyline with every character I take through it. I know more than a few players who were never planning on leveling through either one because it just wouldn’t be as fun without flying. The buff boosts reputation bonuses by 100%, so it’s a great time to finish off your rep grinds.īattle for Azeroth aside, I’m glad that they’re finally loosening the restrictions on the other two expansions.

If you’re interested in flying in Battle as soon as possible it’s a good idea to take full advantage of the currently active Impressive Influence reputation buff before it goes away in the middle of May. But with BFA specifically excluded from Blizzard’s announcement, they may want new players - the only ones who will be required to level through BFA - to have to explore the world on foot before taking to the skies. Will we see the Battle Pathfinder achievement changed like the other two when the next expansion comes out? It does have a mount with it, so there would still be a reason for players to go back and get it done if they wanted the Wonderwing 2.0. I hope that there’s a plan in place for making that no longer necessary for new players. Better yet, it’s red - everyone knows that the red ones go faster! Legion’s Pathfinder achievement will increase your mounted speed while you’re on the continent, thus actually making the red ones (and all of the other colors) go faster! Draenor Pathfinder will let you ride on the Soaring Skyterror, one of the gorgeous two-headed chimera mounts from Warlords. The achievements aren’t going anywhere as both of them have other rewards tied to them.
